Through our efficient distribution concept we ensure that your orders are met reliably.

We ensure super-fast delivery of spare parts to preserve the minimum service life periods of your devices. This is possible due to our storage reserves of over 100,000 components in our central warehouse.

You can also have your order sent to a delivery address within the country different from the one specified on the invoice-this will not incur any extra charges for you.

In the case of an order from Monday-Friday by the latest 12 p.m. /noon we will ship your package with the parcel service on the same work day.

  (flat shipping rates, per package up to 31 kg we will charge you only 9.50 € including packaging, no small order surcharge or minimum order values)

• Standard shipping national per express 8:30 a.m.
• Standard shipping national per express 10:00 a.m.
• Standard shipping national per express 12:00 p.m.(noon)
• Standard shipping national per express 6:00 p.m.
